Job SummaryThe Inventory Associate – B supports fulfillment and manufacturing operations by ensuring accurate receiving, handling, storage, and movement of parts and materials. This role plays a critical part in continuous improvement, quality control, and inventory accuracy, while safely operating powered industrial equipment (PIT) in a fast‑paced, highly technical environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesInventory Associates evaluate, monitor, and elevate workflow roadblocks that could cause downstream defects and actively support root cause analysis. Responsibilities include operating PIT equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, turret trucks, and electronic pallet jacks to move heavy materials throughout the facility and unload inbound shipments. Duties also include inspecting shipments for quality and compliance with SOPs, performing quality control checks by part number, documenting receipts in inventory systems, and completing data entry to close out work orders.
The role requires packaging, sorting, staging, labeling, marking, and properly storing parts while maintaining inventory accuracy and audit readiness. Safety is a top priority, and employees must strictly follow safety protocols, PPE requirements, and operating procedures at all times.

- Ability to work extended hours and overtime
- 2+ years of Fulfillment Center Operations experience with receiving and inventory functions
- Previous certified forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work 45+ hours per week (opportunity for 50–55 hours/week)
