B Shift: Monday - Friday, 3pm PST - 12:30am PST
OverviewWe are seeking an Inventory Associate I to support daily fulfillment, warehousing, receiving, and inventory control operations. The role requires strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities Inventory & Fulfillment Operations- Perform receiving activities including unloading shipments and conducting visual inspections.
- Verify part numbers, quantities, and quality according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Execute accurate data entry into inventory management tools and ERP systems.
- Complete documentation to close out receipts, work orders, and inventory transactions.
- Conduct inventory counts, audits, put‑away, picking, kitting, packing, and labeling tasks.
- Electronic pallet jacks (EPJs)
- Reach trucks
- Move, sort, stage, and store materials, boxes, crates, and containers.
- Identify proper packaging materials and methods for storage or shipment.
- Ensure materials are wrapped, protected, marked, and labeled accurately.
- Assign appropriate storage locations based on SOPs and safety guidelines.
- Identify workflow roadblocks and escape issues to prevent downstream defects.
- Participate in root‑cause analysis and support problem‑solving activities.
- Follow quality standards and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and PPE requirements.
- Participate in ongoing safety training.
- Handle materials, equipment, and tools in accordance with safety guidelines.
- 2+ years of experience in fulfillment center, warehouse, or inventory operations.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly.
- Prior forklift or PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) certification.
- Experience with receiving, shipping, put‑away, picking, or kitting.
- Strong communication skills in highly technical environments.
- Ability to interpret Bills of Material (BOMs) and determine inventory requirements.
- Solid analytical and mathematical skills for problem solving and data validation.
- High attention to detail and commitment to world‑class quality.
- Ability to work 40+ hours/week, with opportunities for 50–55 hours/week.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
- Warehouse, receiving, or inventory experience in aerospace, automotive, or advanced manufacturing.
- Experience with ERP or inventory management systems.
- Willingness to learn and operate additional equipment (training provided).
