Customer Service & Warehouse Support

Pay Range: $26 - $30/hr.

We are looking for a dependable and customer-focused Temp-to Hire to support daily operations through excellent service, accurate order handling, and hands‑on warehouse work. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, understands warehouse processes, and is comfortable using hand tools. The right candidate is eager to learn, grow, and build a long‑term career with a stable and growing team.

• Provide outstanding customer service in person and over the phone
• Assist with order processing, quotes, and product support
• Pull and organize inventory using scanning systems and strong attention to detail
• Load/unload trucks and trailers and secure materials for safe transport
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and be willing to train and certify
• Use hand and pneumatic tools to replace or change components as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Cross‑train and support additional duties as assigned
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines and maintain regular attendance

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Warehouse experience and ability to perform physical work
• Comfortable using hand tools and willing to learn new skills
• Reliable, motivated, and interested in growth opportunities
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associates degree preferred
• 2+ years of sales experience required
• Basic mechanical skills and prior forklift operation experience preferred
• Commercial (heavy duty) truck parts background/knowledge preferred

• Pre‑employment drug testing required
• A valid driver’s license and good driving record required
