Pay Rate: $31/hour (DOE)

• Continuous improvement: evaluate/monitor/escalate a roadblock identified while working in a role that can cause a defect downstream, support root cause analysis, and provide details with problem solving skills.
• Proper use of equipment: operate heavy equipment (PIT, forklifts, reach‑trucks, turret‑trucks), understand operational mechanics, safety procedures, and maintenance practices.
• Receive shipments: unload shipments delivered by carriers.
• Inspect shipments: visually examine packages arriving at the Fulfillment Center and determine if it is acceptable according to standard operating procedures.
• Quality control checks: review requirements for each part number and process accordingly to the SOP.
• Documenting receipts: use tools and equipment to upload, store, and close out a receipt or work order following SOP.
• Data entry: navigate and select fields within an inventory management tool to input data from physical delivery of parts.
• Packaging: identify appropriate packaging, wrap or store parts with packaging at any stage of the Fulfillment/Manufacturing workflow.
• Sorting and staging: move packages/boxes/crates/any storage container while ensuring they are secured to prevent loss within the workflow.
• Labeling and marking: ensure all parts are labeled and have identifiers outlined in the SOP for analysis through the workflow.
• Storage assignment/auditing: properly store and use good judgment with SOP for storage of parts, audit per SOP.

• 2+ years of Fulfillment Center Operations experience, including an industry with receiving and inventory functions.
• Strict adherence to safety protocols and guidelines, including proper PPE, safe operating procedures, and participation in regular safety training sessions.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• World‑class quality attitude, attention to detail, and dedication.
• Communication skills within a highly technical environment.
• Mathematical and analytical skills to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions.
• Ability to derive inventory requirements from Bills of Material.
• Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion.
• Previous certified forklift experience.
• Must be able to work at least 45 hrs/wk, opportunity to work 55 hrs per week.

• Warehouse/Receiving/Inventory experience in the aerospace or automotive industry.
