Simply Great Staffing is recruiting for an experienced Distribution Warehouse Associate to join a top‑tier electrical distribution company in Kent. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with long‑term potential for reliable, hard‑working candidates.

If you have consistent recent warehouse experience and can hit the ground running, we want to hear from you.

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders with speed and accuracy
• Stage, load, and move materials for outgoing shipments
• Receive, stock, and organize incoming inventory
• Spool wire and bundle materials as needed
• Operate equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse

• 2+ years of recent distribution warehouse experience (required)
• Forklift / reach truck experience (required)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Comfortable lifting heavy materials and being on your feet all shift
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Reliable, team-oriented, and ready to work

• $21.00/hour starting pay
• Full-time, steady M–F schedule
