We are excited to share an opening for a Warehouse Associate. This position offers a hands‑on environment where you will play a vital role in maintaining facility organization, preparing shipments, and managing inventory. Core Duties- Receiving & Unloading: Process incoming freight by unloading trucks, checking manifests, and inspecting items for potential damage.
- Picking & Packing: Utilize pick‑lists or RF scanning technology to gather items and prepare them for secure shipment.
- Inventory Management: Help maintain accurate stock levels by performing cycle counts and replenishing shelves to ensure system integrity.
- Shipping & Loading: Support the outbound process by labeling packages, wrapping pallets, and loading trucks to ensure timely delivery.
- Facility Upkeep: Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by keeping aisles free of debris like cardboard and shrink wrap.
- Experience: Prior background in distribution or warehouse settings is preferred, though we are open to training motivated candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Must be capable of standing or walking throughout your shift and lifting up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems or RF scanning tools is considered a significant asset.
- Safety Mindset: Demonstrate a commitment to safety by operating pallet jacks correctly; holding a Forklift Certification is a plus that may impact pay.
- Reliability: Maintain a consistent record of punctuality and dependable attendance.
- Skills: Warehouse operations; loading and unloading freight; handling heavy materials; packaging and preparation.
