As a Warehouse Coordinator / Delivery Driver

As a Warehouse Coordinator / Delivery Driver, you are responsible for moving material within the distribution center and from the loading platform by carrying, pushing, rolling, or operating hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, motorized conveyors, or other material handling equipment. - Receive incoming inventory and supply items, log into the company warehouse system, and stock inventory in the proper location
- Read work orders, shipping orders, or follow verbal instructions
- Fill customer invoices, check part numbers, clean and pack inventory items
- Inspect inventory for defects, scratches, or other damage; notify Warehouse Manager of problems
- Follow all company safety and accident procedures while on company premises or operating company vehicles or equipment
- Track all inventory in the appropriate system
- Organize and clean warehouse space and company equipment as needed
- Report any customer problems or concerns immediately
- Coach fellow associates on warehouse operational practices and procedures, equipment operation, and safety procedures when needed
- Enforce policies and procedures to ensure efficient, effective, and safe warehouse operations
- Evaluate current processes and procedures, and recommend changes to warehouse management
- Contribute ideas on ways to reduce warehouse cost per unit and increase productivity
- Maintain working knowledge of the warehouse data system and perform various tasks within the system
- When requested, deliver supplies and equipment in a timely fashion while observing all regulated DOT and OSHA standards
- Travel to make inventory drops and pickups; may stay overnight in a hotel provided by us and will receive meal per diem
- Other duties as assigned
- Can drive a box truck or straight‑bed truck safely
- Valid unrestricted driver’s license
- Track record of completing work with a high level of quality
- Good problem‑solving skills and a hands‑on approach
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to walk or stand long hours and lift up to 25 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Forklift operating experience (certification is a plus)
- Ability to operate PCs and software, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- At least one year of warehouse experience
$24–$28 per hour, depending on experience.
