Job Summary
A growing food and beverage production environment in Kent, WA is seeking an experienced Inventory Specialist to support accurate inventory control, warehouse efficiency, and smooth supply chain operations. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented inventory professional who enjoys solving discrepancies, improving processes, and working closely with purchasing, receiving, warehouse, and operations teams.
The Inventory Specialist will play a key role in maintaining accurate stock records, supporting cycle counts, monitoring product movement, and ensuring inventory data is reliable for business planning and production needs. Key Responsibilities- Perform cycle counts, physical inventory audits, and inventory reconciliation activities to maintain accurate stock records.
- Monitor inventory levels, identify shortages or overages, and communicate potential stock issues to the appropriate teams.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies by reviewing transactions, product movement, and system records.
- Process inventory transactions and maintain accurate data within ERP, WMS, or inventory management systems.
- Coordinate with receiving, warehouse, purchasing, and operations teams to support accurate product movement and storage.
- Generate inventory reports, analyze trends, and recommend process improvements to strengthen inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency.
- Salary Range: $65,000 to $70,000 per year.

- Schedule:
Full-time position. - Overtime may be required during inventory counts, audits, or peak business periods.
