Inventory Associate

B-shift Monday - Friday, 3pm - 12:30am

Compensation: $35 per hour

Responsibilities

- Perform a variety of warehouse functions, including receiving, storing, handling, and shipping products and materials

- Ensure accurate inventory management, safe operation of equipment, and maintain an organized and efficient warehouse environment

- Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments accurately

- Perform cycle counts and physical inventory audits

- Maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system (WMS)

- Identify and report inventory discrepancies, damages, or shortages

- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment

- Organize and store products in designated locations

- Safely operate PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, and order pickers

- Load and unload trucks and containers

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations

- Assist with receiving inspections and quality checks

- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals

Requirements

- Experience in fulfillment operations, specifically inventory counting, receiving, and packing (include years of experience and companies if available)

- Experience receiving or shipping inventory, including receiving, put-away, picking/kitting, or shipping

- Willingness to drive a forklift with training

- Ability to lift 50 lbs
