Shifts:

1st, 2nd, or 3rd | Pay: $20–$28/hr DOEA day in the life

You clock in to a clean, organized facility and start with a quick equipment and safety check. The morning brings inbound trucks—you’ll verify manifests, spot-check for damage, and stage product. Midday, you’re on the move with an RF scanner, pulling items from pick locations, packing them securely, and wrapping pallets for outbound loads. Between runs, you help keep aisles clear of shrink wrap and pallets, and support cycle counts so the Warehouse Management System mirrors what’s on the shelves.

It’s active, team-driven work in a steady Monday–Friday rhythm.

What you’ll handle

Inbound flow:
Receive and unload deliveries, confirm accuracy against paperwork, and inspect goods.

Order fulfillment:
Pick via RF scanner or pick lists, pack carefully, and stage shipments.

Inventory control:
Perform cycle counts and help replenish stock to keep the system in sync with actual inventory.

Outbound preparation:
Wrap pallets, label cartons precisely, and load trucks efficiently.

Facility standards:
Maintain clear aisles and work areas, removing cardboard, pallets, and wrap to ensure safety and productivity.

What you bring

Background:
Prior warehouse or distribution experience preferred; we’re glad to train motivated candidates.

Physical capability:
Comfortable walking/standing for a full shift and regularly lifting up to 50 lbs.

Systems know‑how:
Exposure to RF scanners and/or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a big plus.

Safety & equipment:
Pallet jack familiarity required;
Forklift Certification is a strong advantage and can support higher pay.

Dependability:
Consistent attendance and on-time performance.
