Position: Inventory Control Clerk (After Market)

Inventory Control Clerk (Aftermarket)

Day Shift (Mon - Fri, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM)

Functions and Responsibilities
  • Duties include receiving and issuing parts or tooling, store keeping and inventory control, cycle counting, scanning, document control, housekeeping, moving parts and materials.
  • Participate in basic stores functions to support our internal customers and maintain inventory control.
  • Meet the expectation for output and efficiency.
  • Exhibit a strong sense of urgency and self‑motivation with an action‑oriented bias.
  • Identify and elevate problems or exceptions to the appropriate people.
  • Communicate information clearly, both in writing and verbally.
  • Meet daily department expectations.
  • Use internal computer applications with oversight from experienced staff for basic inquiries, select report generation, data entry and scanning.
  • Interpret and update work order documentation and other production documents.
  • Operate company vehicles, forklifts and other equipment as necessary to support stores functions.
  • Move parts and materials between work centers and buildings within the Exotic complex.
  • Work under limited oversight.
Qualifications
  • Proactive, positive attitude and represent the company effectively in all situations.
  • Legible handwriting, organizational ability, attention to detail, and accuracy in handling parts and maintaining records.
  • Strong communication skills, proven ability to identify variances, solve problems, and exercise sound judgment when handling exceptions.
  • Basic computer skills, including PC proficiency.
  • Strong math skills.
  • Basic understanding of router operations and sketches.
  • Know when to stop and ask for clarification.
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to physically move parts and assemble store racking; frequent movement of the whole body, including climbing, lifting up to 50 pounds, balancing, and handling materials.

In accordance with Parker’s policies and applicable state laws, this position requires drug testing as a condition of employment.

This position is subject to U.S. export compliance and/or U.S. Government contracting citizenship eligibility requirements.

Competitive Compensation

Pay Range: $20/hr to $31.60/hr participation in annual incentive program.
