Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inbound, sorting, and outbound processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and on-time delivery.
• Optimize warehouse workflows and SOPs to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory levels and accuracy, manage discrepancies, and ensure data integrity.
• Lead and manage the warehouse team, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
• Conduct regular training to ensure compliance with operational procedures and safety standards.
• Manage warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, sorting systems) and ensure proper maintenance and safe operation.
• Implement and enforce safety policies, including regular inspections and emergency drills.
• Control operational costs and analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, customer service) and external partners (e.g., carriers, vendors) to ensure smooth logistics flow.
• Handle customer issues and feedback to maintain high service quality.

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields preferred.
• 3+ years of warehouse or sorting center operations experience, with team management experience preferred.
• Proficient in WMS and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to identify issues and implement solutions.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin is required.
