Pay Range: $20.00 - $31.60 per hour (dependent on experience, with final salary determined after interview).
Location:
Kent, WA 98032.
Start Date:
Right Away. Shift: 1st Shift, 5am - 1:30pm (Mon-Fri).

Performs material movement, counting, and issuance functions for aerospace parts and details. Pulls work orders for the manufacturing floor and receives completed details from work orders and purchase orders. Works effectively as part of a team and independently as needed. Handles parts carefully and verifies that details are free of defects during movement and processing.
Functions and Responsibilities- Receiving and issuing parts or tooling, store keeping, and inventory control.
- Cycle counting, scanning, document control, housekeeping, moving parts and materials.
- Participate in basic stores functions to support internal customers and maintain inventory control.
- Meet the expectation for output and efficiency.
- Exhibit a strong sense of urgency and self‑motivation with an action‑oriented bias.
- Identify and escalate problems or exceptions to the appropriate people.
- Clearly communicate information written or verbally.
- Understand and meet daily department expectations.
- Use internal computer applications for basic inquiries, report generation, data entry, and scanning.
- Interpret and update work order documentation and other production documents.
- Operate company vehicles, forklifts and other automated or manually operated equipment as necessary to support store functions.
- Move parts and materials from work center to work center, and between buildings.
- Work under limited oversight.
- Possess a proactive positive attitude and represent the company/department effectively in all situations.
- Legible handwriting, strong organizational ability, attention to detail, and accuracy in handling parts and maintaining records.
- Strong communication skills and proven ability to identify variances, solve problems, and exercise good judgment in decision making.
- Relevant computer experience, including basic PC skills.
- Strong math skills.
- Basic understanding of router operations and sketches.
- Know when to stop and ask for clarification.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Ability to physically move parts and assemble store racking. Perform physical activities that require considerable use of arms and legs, frequent movement of the whole body, such as climbing, lifting up to 50 lbs, balancing, and handling material.
