At Algas‑SDI, a leader in off‑grid and back‑up clean energy systems, we’re expanding our operations team and looking for a Receiving Clerk to help ensure the smooth flow of materials that keep our products and projects running strong.

• Unpack, examine, and route all incoming shipments.
• Identify and reject damaged items; work with shippers and buyers to resolve damages and shortages.
• Receive and process defective parts returned for replacement or credit.
• Use the ERP system to input transactions, including issue, adjust, transfer, and scrap.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation for all material movements.
• Support production with timely responses to parts requests.
• Coordinate the work of inventory control clerks and assist with daily cycle counts.
• Perform material handling duties using forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Keep your workspace clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.

• High school diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of logistics or warehouse experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic math proficiency and attention to detail.
• Ability to safely operate a forklift and pallet jack.
• Mechanical and technical aptitude.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Typing proficiency (10‑key a plus).
• APICS inventory training is a plus.
