Forklift Driver

Our Plant Operations team makes ideas a reality. They work hard to ensure our refreshing, flavorful beverages are bottled safely and on time.

Driving is your name, safety is your game. Our Forklift Drivers provide support to the supply chain by efficiently collecting, loading, shipping and receiving warehouse products.

Reports to:

Distribution Center Supervisor

Direct Reports: N/A

Base Hourly Rate: $22/hour + shift differential for hours worked outside of 1st shift

Discretionary Bonus Potential:
Up to $900 bi-annually. Eligibility is based on Plant and Company profitability.

Location:

Onsite at our Preston, WA plant 5 days a week

Monday - Friday from 6 AM to 2:30 PM (

Please note:

Start and end times are subject to change due to evolving business needs. Occasional overtime, paid at 1.5x your hourly rate.)

Operate all forklift equipment safely and help complete accurate shipping, receiving inventory, and record-keeping duties

Perform all pre-flight inspections on forklift equipment.

Manage proper product consolidation and rotation in the warehouse, adhering to FIFO at all times.

Stack products safely, precisely, and according to standards.

Perform cycle count, inbound receipt, and outbound sales orders, using an RD scanner.

Strictly follow all dock safety procedures and ensure loads are locked when in use.

Maintain GMP and housekeeping standards by proactively keeping work areas clean, and putting away all raw materials, pallets, full goods, etc. when not in use.

Assist in inventory cycle counting.

Ensure food safety, quality, and SQF practices are followed always, notifying the immediate manager of any food safety and/or quality issues.

Complete other responsibilities as assigned.

High School Diploma or equivalent experience.

Minimum of one (1) year of forklift driving experience, warehouse experience preferred. WMS experience is a plus!

Ability to accommodate overtime, occasionally working other shifts and weekends.

Ability to lift 20 pounds occasionally.

This role is safety-sensitive. This means that you'll be regularly responsible for your own safety and/or the safety of others (e.g., driving on behalf of the company, working in a warehouse or plant environment).
