Warehouse Lead (Day Shift) - Seattle, WAWhat You'll Do:

You’ll provide hands-on leadership for daily warehouse operations while supporting receiving, inventory management, order selection, and loading activities. This role combines operational execution with team leadership, requiring strong warehouse expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to coach associates while maintaining productivity, safety, and service standards in a temperature-controlled environment.

In This Role, You'll:

Use Vocollect voice-directed headsets to accurately select products and complete customer orders
Ensure products are in excellent condition, properly packaged, and meet quality expectations
Safely operate material handling equipment, including electric pallet jacks, forklifts, reach trucks, scrubbers, and scissor lifts
Train associates on warehouse operations across multiple temperature zones, including receiving, selection, loading, unloading, inventory management, FIFO procedures, and expiration-date requirements
Lead daily pre-shift meetings and communicate operational priorities to the team
Support supervisors in managing daily production and labor planning activities
Monitor workflow and assist with labor allocation based on operational volume and staffing needs
Provide direction, coaching, and support to warehouse associates while promoting a positive team environment
Audit warehouse processes including selection, receiving, loading, unloading, putaways, inventory control, and sanitation, correcting deficiencies as needed
Manage facility inventory accuracy and inventory-control processes
Monitor truck schedules and help ensure inbound and outbound appointments are met efficiently
Utilize email and warehouse management systems, including JDA, to support operational needs
Maintain sanitation standards for assigned work areas, equipment, trailers, and warehouse facilities
Coach associates on productivity, quality, safety, and company standards
Lead by example while embodying the company's values and commitment to customer service
Partner with supervisors on special projects, process improvements, and other operational initiatives
Perform additional duties as assigned to support the success of the operation

What You’ll Bring :

At least one year of warehouse lead or team lead experience preferred
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
Experience operating material handling equipment, including electric pallet jacks, stand-up forklifts, and reach trucks
Forklift and reach truck certification preferred
Basic reading, math, and problem-solving skills
Ability to accurately inspect products and maintain quality standards
Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, reach, and lift or carry up to 50 pounds…
