DUREZ CORP is seeking a Resin Utility team member to support thermoset molding compound and phenolic resin production in our manufacturing facility. Responsibilities include staging and transferring raw materials, monitoring resin processing equipment, performing routine adjustments, collecting samples, and recording production data. The role assists operators with equipment changeovers, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting while following strict safety, quality, and environmental procedures.

This position supports continuous improvement, efficient material flow, and reliable operation of advanced materials manufacturing for automotive, electrical, and industrial customers.
