Part-time Customer Service Clerk

Valleyview Co-op is hiring a Part-Time Customer Service Clerk in our Kenton Store in Kenton, Manitoba
.

Provide an exceptional level of customer service and maintain a safe and efficient operation while adhering to all company policies, procedures, and standards, including meeting established productivity standards. Key responsibilities are but not limited to:

• Operating point of sale, completing customer purchases and packaging
• Receive, store, and manage product from vendors including hardware, feed, animal health products, and oil and lube and food products.
• Maintain shelf and display stock and organize all goods intended for sale
• General housekeeping and maintenance duties (spills, display fixtures, washrooms, etc.) to ensure all areas of responsibility are safe, organized, clean, and tidy.

You are looking for a career in retail/food service and you have:

• Enjoys organizing and have a keen attention to detail
• Enjoys multi-tasking and variety in your responsibilities
• Knowledge of hardware, feed and farm would be an asset
• Willingness to participate in forklift training and operation.
• Thrive in a small team driven environment
• Able to lift 50lbs or greater

Applicants must be available for a variety of shifts, days, evenings and weekend ? on rotation. Can work 20-24 hours per week. Wage Range: $16.25 - $20.29/hour
