Von Lehman is seeking an experienced bookkeeper to join our team as our newest Accounting Specialist!

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepares/records accounts receivable, accounts payable, and other cash transactions.
- Monitors cash, prepares cash reports.
- Assists with payroll.
- Tracks fixed assets.
- Prepares month end customer statements.
- Prepares sales tax returns and CAT.
- Assists CAAS team with preparation of client financial statements.
- Utilizes to process significant amounts of accounts payable work for clients
- Special client projects to assist CAAS Controller.
Associates Degree in Accounting or 2+ years of related accounting experience.
