Key Responsibilities- Process customer invoices and credit memos on a daily basis
- Review AP and AR detail ledger accounts for accuracy
- Respond to customer and vendor billing inquiries in a timely manner
- Monitor collections activity and follow up on delinquencies
- Compile and input daily bank deposits
- Process vendor invoices and support weekly check runs
- Manage and report on corporate credit card activity
- Maintain fixed asset schedules and track depreciation
- Assist with monthly bank and account reconciliations
- Prepare financial reporting and analysis as needed
- Support the development and enhancement of accounting processes and internal controls

Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business (Accounting focus preferred)
- Prior accounting experience required strong internship, Co-Op, or ~1 year work experience; AP/AR experience a plus
- Strong Excel skills required (pivot tables, Vlookups); any experience with Power BI helpful
- ERP experience preferred (Net Suite, Sage X3, Dynamics 365 or similar)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
