Location: Sacramento
As an Accounting and Bookkeeping Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing our financial operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Recording daily financial transactions and completing the posting process accurately.
- Reconciling sales taxes, payroll taxes, 401k contributions, and bank accounts on a monthly basis.
- Monitoring financial transactions and generating insightful reports.
- Processing accounts receivable and accounts payable promptly.
- Issuing checks and managing payment processes.
- Understanding and managing ledgers effectively.
- Collaborating with an accountant as needed for complex financial matters.
- Managing monthly payroll duties using modern accounting software.
