Specialist Accounting

About the Role

A successful Accounting Specialist will assist in reconciling accounts and journal entry preparation, performing routine calculations, posting, and verifying duties to maintain accounting records. The position requires a good working knowledge of general office functions, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to read, understand, interpret, and analyze data.

• Complete high-level tasks in support of an assigned department/project.
• Receive, organize, file, and maintain documents and/or data for the assigned department/project.
• Communicate with employees, contractors, vendors, and customers to assist the assigned department/project.
• Read, interpret, and input data in support of the assigned department/project.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Minimum 2 years of related work experience.
• Proficient with office hardware and software (PCs, Tablets, Printers, Copiers, Microsoft, Google, etc.).
• Excellent customer service skills and strong English language skills, both oral and written.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle record check.
