Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Preparation and review of federal and state tax returns
- Prepare, examine and analyze accounting records and financial statements
- Research issues related to tax compliance matters
- Oversee bookkeeping and payroll services provided to clients
- Manage client relationships
- Ability to develop planning strategies for clients
Qualified individuals will possess the following:
- Bachelors’ degree in Accounting or related concentration
- 3-5 years’ progressive experience, preferably in a tax / accounting related field
- Experience with Pro Systems Tax preferred
- CPA (or actively pursuing a CPA)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of products
