Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Utilize utility billing and expense technology platforms to produce monthly, on-time, accurate resident bills for our clients
• Ensure we have all of the necessary inputs for the billing process to ensure maximum revenue recoupment for the client
• Review and analyze outputs to the billing process and collaborate with our clients to finalize and process monthly utility statements for their residents
• Review variance reports, datasets, and research explanations to ensure the accuracy and consistency of billing practices and results
• Collaborate across the Zego Utility Team to ensure properties are moved efficiently through the billing process
• Partner with your clients and internal departments to provide timely prebills to receive approvals that meet billing timelines and quality standards
• Obtain expert knowledge of our software platforms
