Missions

The accounting manager is responsible for the accounting and financial management of all budgets of the community. Accounting:
Ensure the accounting and budgetary compliance of invoices;
Manage the accounting of all revenues and operating expenses of the community (commitment, mandate, liquidation) in compliance with the deadlines and regulations of public finances;
Ensure compliance with payment and collection deadlines;
Address observations from the Treasury, various partners and suppliers of the community;
Perform operational financial follow-up;
Receive, verify, classify and archive accounting documents;
Manage the inventory and loans (operation);
Verify the cash flow statements;
Operate the FCTVA declaration.

Skills:

Preferably know the operating principles of communities;
Master the budgetary and accounting rules of public accounting (M57);
Master the e-magnus financial management software (Berger-Levrault);
Know the dematerialized processes of exchanges, such as HELIOS and CHORUS PRO platforms. Computer skills.

Ability to report on one's activity. Level: Bachelor's degree to Bachelor's degree + 2 or equivalent professional experience. Similar experience desired in a territorial community.

Contract duration: 6 months. CV and cover letter required.

Art. L332-23 disposition 1 of the general public service code - Only a contractual employee can be recruited for this position because it is a temporary increase in activity. The proposed contract cannot exceed one year, during the same period of 18 consecutive months.
