Position SummaryThe Finance Intern will support the Accounts Receivable team with daily financial operations, customer account maintenance, and collections activities.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with processing customer payments and applying cash receipts.
- Review and reconcile customer accounts to ensure accurate balances.
- Support invoicing activities and investigate billing discrepancies.
- Help monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding customer balances.
- Work with sales on processing invoices.
- Assist with month-end closing activities and account reconciliations.
- Prepare reports and analyze accounts receivable data.
- Perform other administrative and finance-related duties as assigned.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
