• Utilize Deltek Vision to create and manage client and project records, including
  billing setup and project updates.
• Review contracts and proposals to ensure accurate project setup in compliance
  with billing terms.
• Process project modifications such as billing term changes, project status
  updates, time transfers, and inter-project transfers.
• Prepare and submit accurate client invoices, incorporating changes documented
  during Project Manager billing reviews.
• Verify the format and content of final invoices for accuracy and completeness.
• Submit final invoices to clients in accordance with individual client requirements
  and contractual obligations.
• Issue client statements of account and provide support for client billing inquiries.
• Conduct client collection calls and follow up on outstanding receivables as
  needed.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or related field, or equivalent experience.

• Associate’s Degree required, Bachelor’s preferred, in Accounting or an equivalent
  field.
• One to three years or more of experience functioning in a similar capacity.
• Experience with Deltek Vision a plus.
• Must have high level knowledge of Microsoft Office products, automated
  accounting, and billing systems
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
