HR ​/ Payroll Analyst

The Fountain Group is currently seeking an Analyst - Payroll for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Hebron , KY. Details for the position are as follows:
Senior Payroll Specialist

Location: Hebron, KY
Pay Rate: $25.13/hour W2
Duration: 4 Months

• Process complex multi-country payrolls across the U.S., Canada, and LATAM, ensuring compliance with applicable payroll regulations.
• Manage off-cycle payments, payroll adjustments, final pay calculations, tax with holdings, benefits, and direct deposits.
• Validate payroll data, reconcile discrepancies, and perform audits of employee payroll records.
• Prepare and submit payroll filings and reports, including W-2 and T4.
• Interpret and apply payroll policies across multiple jurisdictions.
• Support payroll system upgrades, integrations, configurations, and standardized workflows across the Americas.
• Develop and maintain standardized payroll procedures and support payroll transformation initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for payroll process improvement and automation.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or related field.
• OR 7+ years of related payroll experience.

• 5+ years of experience processing complex payroll in a multi-state environment.
• Multi-country payroll processing experience across the U.S., Canada, and/or LATAM

• Knowledge of federal, state/provincial, and local payroll regulations.
• Experience with payroll reconciliation, audits, adjustments, and discrepancy resolution.
• Experience with payroll tax with holdings, benefits, direct deposits, and final pay calculations.
• Experience preparing payroll filings and reports, including W-2 and T4
  .
• Payroll systems experience with ADP, Workday, SAP, or Dayforce
  .
• Experience supporting payroll system integrations, upgrades, configuration, or standardization.

• Spanish and/or Portuguese language proficiency for LATAM payroll support.
• Experience with payroll transformation, process harmonization, and automation initiatives.
• Experience supporting standardized payroll workflows across multiple countries.
