Job Description Saturna Capital Corporation, a Bellingham, Washington-based independent investment advisor founded in 1989, manages over $8 billion in assets and serves as adviser to the Amana Mutual Funds Trust — the oldest and largest family of Sharia-compliant mutual funds in the United States.

We are hiring an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our accounting team on-site in Bellingham. This is a full-time position focused on end-to-end accounts payable operations.  

Key Responsibilities  
* Process vendor invoices and employee reimbursement requests through the full AP cycle
* Review and verify invoice accuracy and supporting documentation
* Enter invoice data into accounting systems with meticulous attention to detail
* Prepare and execute payment runs using checks, ACH transfers, and electronic payment methods
* Reconcile corporate credit card statements with receipts and supporting documentation
* Provide general accounting department support as needed  

Required Qualifications  
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
* Minimum 3 years of hands-on accounts payable or accounting/financial reporting experience
* Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities  Additional Requirements  
* Within the first nine months of employment, you must successfully obtain FINRA SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 certifications
