Location: Northern
Presbyterian Villages of Michigan, a faith-based nonprofit providing senior living services in Michigan, seeks a hands-on Controller to own accounting operations across a 50+ property, multi-entity portfolio. You will drive month-end close, financial reporting, and compliance while leading the accounting team.
The position reports to the Sr. VP of Finance and requires expertise in HUD, LIHTC, tax-exempt bonds, and GAAP. Hybrid in-office work is expected.
