PLEASE NOTE:
Applicants who do not hold an accounting degree will not be considered for this position.
- Assist the Controller with reconciliations.
- Review and process journal entries.
- Reconcile work in process accounts, monthly.
- Reconcile curriculum monthly ledger activity to curriculum activity spreadsheet.
- Maintain monthly report of incoming royalties.
- Research accounting question from all departments.
- Setup new accounts to be used in financial reporting.
- Run reports from secondary software modules to record income.
