Rox Data Corp in San Francisco seeks an Equity Compensation and Payroll Lead to own payroll input control, variable compensation, and equity operations end-to-end. You will manage multi-state payroll tax, 83(b) elections, and reconciliation between cap tables and payroll.
This is a senior finance role requiring extensive payroll and stock plan experience, with in-person work five days a week at the SF office.
