Experienced Accountant
Full-Time | Flexible Schedule

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Accountant to join our growing firm. This full-time position offers flexibility and an excellent work-life balance, including minimal overtime during tax season.

• Perform bookkeeping services for a variety of clients
• Prepare financial statements and account reconciliations
• Maintain general ledgers and journal entries
• Review client financial records for accuracy and completeness
• Assist with preparation of individual, business, and other tax returns
• Communicate professionally with clients regarding accounting and tax matters
• Assist with tax planning and year-round client support
• Stay current with accounting standards and tax laws

• Strong bookkeeping and accounting skills
• Proficiency with Quick Books and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple client deadlines
• 3+ years of public accounting experience preferred

• Full-time position with a flexible work schedule
• Minimal overtime during tax season
• Office is open four days per week from April 16 through December 31
