We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tax Manager or Senior Manager to join our growing tax practice. This pivotal role involves leading engagements for a diverse clientele, focusing on the unique needs of family offices, real estate entities, and corporations . The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships in a public accounting setting.

• Client Relationship Management:
  Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients. Cultivate and strengthen relationships by providing exceptional service, anticipating needs, and delivering proactive tax planning and consulting advice.
• Technical Tax Expertise:
  Oversee and review complex tax returns for various entity types, including:
• Family Offices & High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWI):
  Comprehensive planning and compliance for trusts, estates, gifts, and sophisticated individual returns (Forms 1040, 1041, 709).
• Real Estate Entities:
  Partnership and S-corporation returns (Forms 1065, 1120-S) with expert knowledge of partnership tax allocations, basis calculations, passive activity limitations, and like-kind exchanges (IRC Section 1031).
• Corporations: C-corporation compliance and planning (Form 1120), including consolidated returns and multi-state tax issues.
• Tax Planning & Consulting:
  Identify and implement complex tax strategies to minimize client tax liabilities. Advise clients on structuring transactions, compliance changes, and other strategic initiatives.
• Team Leadership & Development:
  Mentor, train, and develop senior and staff accountants. Manage workflow, ensure adherence to deadlines and quality standards, and foster a collaborative team environment.
