Controller​/Accounting Officer

Astro Digital seeks an experienced
Controller / Accounting Officer
to lead accounting, financial reporting, SEC compliance, audits, and internal controls. The ideal candidate is a
CPA
with public accounting and SEC reporting experience who can scale accounting operations and support the Company's growth and public-company readiness.

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
• Prepare and oversee U.S. GAAP-compliant financial statements and SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K).
• Manage external audits, technical accounting, and accounting policies.
• Oversee internal controls and SOX compliance initiatives.
• Support M&A, financing, due diligence, and strategic transactions.
• Develop and mentor the accounting team.

• Active CPA required.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Public accounting background (National or large regional firm preferred).
• SEC reporting and public-company experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SOX, and audit requirements.
• Experience with ERP systems and process improvement initiatives.

• Aerospace, defense, technology, or government contracting industries.
• IPO, SPAC, de-SPAC, or public-company reporting experience.
• Accounting for Stock compensation, complex debt, and revenue recognition expertise.

Competitive base salary ($175,000 - $250,000), bonus, equity opportunity, comprehensive benefits, and 401(k).
