• Our client CPAs & Tax Advisors is a boutique, high-touch accounting firm specializing in tax planning and compliance for businesses and their owners. We pride ourselves on exceptional client service, high-quality work, and an industry-leading quality of life—our busiest season this year capped at only 42 hours/week .

• We are seeking a hands-on Tax Manager to lead engagements, oversee two Senior Accountants, and serve as a key technical resource across the firm. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys close-knit team culture, meaningful client relationships, and a balanced, sustainable work environment.

• Manage and review complex tax returns for businesses (S-corps, partnerships, LLCs, C-corps) and high-net-worth individuals
• Oversee, mentor, and develop two Senior Accountants
• Lead day-to-day client communication and provide proactive tax guidance
• Conduct technical research, resolve tax issues, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
• Manage workflow, deadlines, and work allocation across the tax team
• Partner with leadership on process improvements and firm growth initiatives
• Participate in tax planning and advisory projects for business owners and their entities
