• Our client is seeking a Senior Tax Associate, Tax Manager, or Senior Tax Manager to join our growing Plantation office. This role will focus primarily on corporate tax compliance and planning across a diverse portfolio of privately held businesses. The position offers the opportunity to work closely with business owners and senior leadership in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment within a tight-knit 10-person office.

• Prepare and review corporate tax returns (primarily C-Corp and S-Corp) for a variety of industries
• Provide tax planning and advisory services to closely held businesses and their owners
• Research complex tax issues and prepare technical memorandums when needed
• Manage multiple client engagements and deadlines simultaneously
• Collaborate directly with partners and clients to develop tax strategies
• Review work of junior staff (Manager/Senior Manager level) and provide mentorship
• Assist with responding to tax notices and supporting clients through IRS or state inquiries
• Stay current on federal and state tax law developments affecting corporate clients
