Accounting Supervisor – SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility)

• We are seeking an Accounting Supervisor to own the monthly financial reporting cycle for our skilled nursing facility portfolio. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for producing accurate, timely financials, supervising an offshore production team, and ensuring clean books across all ledgers. Ideal candidates bring strong SNF/long-term care accounting experience and can operate with limited supervision.

• Prepare and deliver complete monthly financial packages (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and supporting schedules) on a strict close calendar.
• Supervise and review the work of an offshore accounting team responsible for day-to-day production of financials and supporting work papers.
• Perform and/or review account reconciliations across all balance sheet accounts; investigate and clear variances promptly.
• Drive month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, accruals, deferrals, and intercompany activity.
• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis as needed.
• Maintain strong internal controls and documentation standards.
• Partner with operations, revenue cycle, and corporate finance on ad-hoc analysis and special projects.
