Full Time - In Person

• Administer assigned store and queues
• Review vendor invoices ensuring proper approval/PO to proper account and ensure accurate posting
• Resolve incorrect payment allocations and other account disputes to ensure ongoing purchase ability
• Contact vendors to obtain payment for outstanding credit balances
• Ensure timely expense allocation
• Reconcile all vendor invoices to statements for payment no later than the 10 th of the month
• Post and reconcile manufacturer invoices to monthly statements
• Post advertising invoices and verify to budget
• Prepare and file 1099 forms annually

• 10 Key typing proficiency
• Strong attention to detail
• Sense of urgency
• Ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
• CDK Experience
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, and/or job responsibilities.
