Our client, a commercial real estate owner in Westchester County, New York, is hiring an experienced lease administrator. The Bachrach Group is running the search.
What you will do- Calculate and prepare tenant billings for CAM, insurance, utilities and real estate taxes
- Year-over-year expense variance review with clear explanations
- Research lease language and billing detail to resolve tenant questions, disputes and audits
- Abstract, interpret and input leases, amendments and assignments
- Expense pool setup and charge-type accuracy in the lease system
- Reconciliation tracking and weekly status reporting
- Partner with accounting, leasing, property management and legal
- Three to five years of lease administration, retail properties preferred
- Lease administration software such as MRI, JDE or Yardi
- Strong grasp of lease terms, legal language and the financial components of a lease
Direct hire, primarily in office.
