Tax Manager (Generalist)
Location: Atlanta, GA
Pay: $110-$130k
Schedule: Hybrid - 3 days in office/2 days remote
Execu Source is seeking a Tax Manager (Generalist) to join our clients growing Tax Practice in Atlanta. This role offers the opportunity to lead engagements, mentor staff, and deliver innovative tax planning and compliance solutions for diverse clients.
What you get to do:- Review and prepare complex business and individual tax returns
- Manage client relationships and deliver tax consulting and projections
- Supervise, mentor, and develop staff
- Oversee tax preparation and research projects
- Bachelor’s in Accounting (Master’s in Taxation preferred)
- CPA license required
- 4–7 years of public accounting experience, including 1+ year in supervision
- Strong Excel skills; experience with tax workflow software a plus
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
