* * position that requires 3 days of work onsite each week.

* Schedule:

** Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 5 PM
*
* Job Summary:

** The Staff Accountant is responsible for maintaining financial records and reports, performing accounts reconciliations, assisting with close processes and maintaining applicable account documentation.
** Responsibilities:
*** Prepare journal entries, analyses, account reconciliations and assisting with the monthly close process.
* Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
* Meet processing and reporting deadlines, both internal and external.
* Respond to and assist with information requests, reviewing financials statements and assisting with external audits.
* Ensure that accounting records and reporting are compliant with GAAP standards.
* Assist Asst Controller and Senior Accountant as needed.

* Minimum Requirements:

*** Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance or related field
* 2+ years of accounting experience
* Basic understanding of Microsoft, especially Excel, and GAAP
* Self-starter with the ability to identify accounting discrepancies, problem solve and think critically;
Strong time-management skills;
Ability to work under time constraints and pressure;
Highly organized and detail-oriented.

** Salary Range:**$64,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr
