Job Summary
As a member of the Assurance Services Department, you would be responsible for learning and applying your technical skills and working as part of a team carrying out tasks under close coaching and supervision.
You will have opportunities to:
- Develop an understanding of the business and the Assurance Associate role.
- Build your technical accounting, auditing and business skills both on the job and through formal learning channels.
- Work on a team to deliver value to our clients in both compliance and consulting projects.
- Build working relationships with your clients.
- Gain knowledge of client businesses and industries.
- As a member of the team – assist in implementing solutions for our clients.
- Assist in proposal development and research gathering as requested.
- Participate in office wide initiatives – recruitment, marketing etc.
- Actively pursue self-development opportunities in line with the competency model.
- Develop strong team relationship skills.
Qualifications
- Degree
Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree Accounting (CPA Eligible) or Currently Completing - Career-minded professional with an interest in building skill sets for future growth
- Motivated to put your accounting degree to work
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Team player with a positive – ‘can do’ approach

Compensation range for Greater Western New York Area. This is the typical range for pay for the position; however, actual pay may vary based on experience.
