* Qualifications & Requirements:

*** Associate Degree or equivalent experience. FPC designation preferred.
* 2-4 years’ experience processing multi-state payroll.
* Working knowledge of payroll best practices.
* Strong knowledge of Federal and State regulations.
* Strong PC skills including proficiency in Excel.

* Primary Responsibilities:

*** Processes Payroll
* Enters and adjusts:* + 401K Deferral changes  + 401K Loans
* Enters and processes:* + Child Support orders  + Garnishments, Liens and Levies  + Reciprocity  + Lock in Letters  + Calculating military and jury duty pay
* Performs account balance and payroll reconciliations.
* Assists in training employees on Timekeeping system when needed.
* Filing (as needed)
* Point of contact for Payroll related questions
