As a Senior Corporate Tax Analyst, you'll play a key role on our Corporate Tax team, supporting the Company's U.S. international tax compliance and reporting obligations while gaining exposure to a broad range of federal tax, tax accounting, planning, and process improvement initiatives.

This position offers the opportunity to work on complex international tax matters within a publicly traded multinational organization while partnering with colleagues across Tax, Finance, Accounting, Treasury, and Legal, as well as external advisors.

Day to Day, you’ll…
  • Review and support U.S. international tax compliance and reporting, including Forms 5471, 8858, 8865, 1118, 8991, 8992, 8993, and related work papers.
  • Calculate and maintain key international tax computations, including GILTI, Subpart F income, foreign tax credits, BEAT, FDII, and related analyses.
  • Support the international components of the quarterly and annual ASC 740 tax provision, including calculations, documentation, and return-to-provision adjustments.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external advisors on tax projects, audits, statutory filings, and information requests.
  • Partner on federal and international tax initiatives, including compliance, reporting, planning, and other strategic projects.
  • Research tax issues, monitor legislative and regulatory developments, and document conclusions and recommendations.
  • Support tax planning, legal entity, intercompany, and business initiatives through analysis, modeling, and data gathering.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, strengthen controls, and improve scalability across tax processes.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 2+ years of corporate tax experience in public accounting and/or a corporate tax department supporting large or multinational organizations
  • Working knowledge of U.S. federal corporate income tax and/or U.S. international tax concepts and regulations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex tax issues
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly

Pay Range Information

The pay range for this position is listed below. Local minimum wage laws apply. This information is posted pursuant to local requirements to provide applicants with information about what they might be eligible to receive. Individual pay decisions will depend on job-related factors such as experience, education, skill, performance, and geographic location where work will be performed. Successful candidates may be able to participate in one or more incentive compensation or short-term incentive plans, which could generate additional earnings in accordance with the terms of each plan.

Qualifying associates can enroll themselves and/or their eligible dependents in medical and prescription drug coverage; can participate in the H&R Block Retirement Savings Plan (401(k) Plan), the Employee Assistance Program, (virtual) fitness center programs, and the associate discount program; are automatically enrolled in Business Travel Accident Insurance; and receive Associate Tax Prep benefit.

Pay Range

$81,600.00 - $/Yr.
