* Retirement will be opening up the Bookkeeper/Office Manager position at a family-owned nursery located in Phoenix.
** Start date for this job is Jan 1st 2027

We are looking for someone with 3+ years of experience in full charge bookkeeping duties including A/R, A/P, payroll, tax reporting, general ledger and financial statements. The job requires proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a working knowledge of the Microsoft suite of applications along with experience using accounting software.

We need someone with strong communication skills and excellent organizational skills who will be a positive presence that works well with others. Must be self-motivated, and dependable. On-site presence is required Monday thru Friday. Starting rate of $25/hour based on your qualifications. Medical, dental and vision benefits offered along with paid time off.
