Position: QuickBooks and Billing Specialist | Training Available | Coney Island, Brooklyn

## The company is seeking a responsible and organized specialist to work with Quick Books, handle invoicing, and perform basic accounting tasks. This position will suit someone with attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and a willingness to learn.

Daily work in Quick Books Prepare and send invoices to clients Enter customer payments and supplier invoices into Quick Books Enter credit card transactions Assist with monthly bank reconciliations Communicating with clients regarding invoices and payments Monitoring outstanding invoices and payment reminders Maintaining accounting and payment records Performing basic accounting and office tasks What we expect:
Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping

Experience with Quick Books is a plus Experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable is a plus Good knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office Knowledge of English is required Organized, responsible, and attentive to detail Good communication skills Ability to work independently
