Bookkeeper/ Accounting Clerk, Accounting Assistant

This position is for an experienced Accounting Clerk/Bookkeeper to provide accounting and clerical services. This role requires an excellent work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Sort and compile documents for client billing
- Payroll processing
- General journal entries
- Monthly/Quarterly compliance reporting
- Organize and maintain filing system
- Assistance with preparation of financial statements and related management reports
- Support with other accounting functions and assist with necessary projects
- Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping experience
- Previous experience with Quick Books
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience with payroll processing
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
