We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper with a strong background in Homeowners Associations(HOA) or Community Association Management to work in either our Jupiter orPort St. Lucie office’s. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records,managing payables, and ensuring timely financial reporting to the Board of Directors and community manager. This role requires exceptional attention todetail, strong communication skills, and proficiency with HOA accounting procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate general ledger and financial records for the association
• Prepare monthly financial statements, including balance sheet, income statement, andbudget-to-actual reports
• Reconcile bank, credit card, and reserve accounts regularly
• Administer accounts payable: enter invoices, verify approvals, and process payments
• Track reserves, capital projects,and special assessment projects
• Maintain organized digital and physical financial records
• Work closely with the community manager, vendors, and board members

Full-Time

Pay Rate: $25-$30 DOE

• High School Diploma or equivalency
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook programs
• Working knowledge in TOPS property management software
• Experienced in processing accounts payable
• Excellent oral and communication skills
• Self-Starter
• Team player and willing to jump in and help office peers when needed
• Must pass a drug screening and background check
