** Accounts Receivable Accountant
** to join our Finance & Accounting team. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate customer accounts, managing billing and collections, applying payments, and supporting timely cash flow across the business.## What you’ll do
* Manage daily accounts receivable activities, including invoicing, payment application, account reconciliation, and collections.
* Generate accurate and timely customer invoices, monitor outstanding balances, and follow up on overdue accounts.
* Reconcile customer and intercompany accounts, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate resolutions with Sales, Service, and Operations teams.
* Process and accurately apply customer payments through check, ACH, credit card, and wire transfers.
* Prepare aging reports, cash forecasting support, month-end schedules, and documentation while assisting with journal entries and financial close activities.
* Support audits, financial projects, and global accounts receivable processes while providing guidance to the global services team.## About you
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Strong understanding of invoicing, collections, reconciliations, payment processing, and accounting principles.
* Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficient in accounting systems and Microsoft Office, with strong communication and collaboration skills.## Start your journey
